Massage Subscription Terms & Conditions.

INTRODUCTION
This Agreement is entered into between Me Time Massage (“Provider”) and the subscribing client (“Client”) for participation in a recurring massage therapy subscription.

TERM & BILLING
This subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
After the initial term, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis.

Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month via saved payment
method (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
The Client authorises Me Time Massage to charge the agreed subscription
rate monthly until written cancellation is provided.

SCHEDULING & EXPIRATION
The Client is responsible for booking their sessions using the provided online
system or by contacting the therapist directly.
Unused sessions expire 30 days after the end of the month they were issued. Sessions cannot be rolled over beyond this period.
Appointments are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended.
If the Client fails to book their monthly sessions, they are forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS, PAUSES & NO-SHOWS
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled after the 3-month minimum,
with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Clients may pause their subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year
for travel, illness, or life events.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the
session being deducted from the subscription.
No-shows are treated as used appointments and are non-refundable.

TRANSFERABILITY & SHARING
Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the
subscribed Client.
Sessions may not be gifted, sold, or used by another person.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses before
each session.
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule appointments if the Client is
unwell or poses a health risk.

The Provider will maintain client confidentiality and provide a safe, professional environment at all times.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges:
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
The Provider is not a licensed medical physician and cannot diagnose
medical conditions.
The Client releases the Provider from all liability for injury, loss, or damage
sustained during or following a massage session, except in cases of gross
negligence.

TERMINATION
Me Time Massage reserves the right to terminate this agreement and subscription at any time due to inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations, or breach of this contract. In such cases, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.

Corporate Massage Terms & Conditions.

SEVRVICE OFFERING
Me Time Massage provides professional mobile massage services for businesses, including:

  • Chair massage for wellness days, events, and workplaces

  • Table massage if space allows

  • 15-minute or 30-minute sessions per staff member (unless otherwise arranged)

 

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • A minimum booking of 2 hours per visit is required (excluding setup/pack-down time).

  • Final staff numbers and session schedule should be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

FEES & PAYMENT

  • Standard corporate rate: $140 per hour.

  • Travel setup fee: $50 (covers setup, pack-down, and transport)

  • A 50% deposit may be required for first-time clients or bookings over $500.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the event (invoice will be provided).

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week overdue.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled booking incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed at full cost.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done with a minimum 48-hour notice.

CLIENT RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide a suitable, quiet space for massage (chair or table setup depending on service).

  • Ensure staff are ready and aware of their scheduled time slots.

  • Notify Me Time Massage of any health issues, allergies, or workplace hazards in advance.

  • Provide parking access or reimburse any parking fees.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • All staff receiving massage must complete a short consent and intake form prior to treatment.

  • Me Time Massage reserves the right to refuse treatment if a staff member presents signs of illness, intoxication, or contraindicated conditions.

  • Hygiene, privacy, and professional boundaries will be respected at all times.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

  • Me Time Massage is fully insured with professional liability cover.

  • Massage therapy does not replace medical care. It is a wellness support service only.

  • The company and employees agree to release Me Time Massage from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

WORKSPACE WELLNESS PROMOTION & EVENTS

  • Discounts may apply for repeat or bulk bookings (5+ hours).

  • Special offers or holiday bookings must be agreed upon in writing.

  • Staff massage cannot be transferred to family members or used outside the agreed workplace site unless pre-arranged.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with at least 7 days’ written notice.

  • Any prepaid, unused services will be refunded less admin or cancellation fees.

AGREEMENT
By booking Me Time Massage for your corporate massage event, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. A signed service agreement will be provided upon confirmation for large or recurring events.
