INTRODUCTION
This Agreement is entered into between Me Time Massage (“Provider”) and the subscribing client (“Client”) for participation in a recurring massage therapy subscription.

TERM & BILLING
This subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
After the initial term, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis.

Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month via saved payment
method (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
The Client authorises Me Time Massage to charge the agreed subscription
rate monthly until written cancellation is provided.

SCHEDULING & EXPIRATION
The Client is responsible for booking their sessions using the provided online
system or by contacting the therapist directly.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the month they were issued. Sessions cannot be rolled over beyond this period.
Appointments are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended.
If the Client fails to book their monthly sessions, they are forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS, PAUSES & NO-SHOWS
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled after the 3-month minimum,
with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Clients may pause their subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year
for travel, illness, or life events.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the
session being deducted from the subscription.
No-shows are treated as used appointments and are non-refundable.

TRANSFERABILITY & SHARING
Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the
subscribed Client.
Sessions may not be gifted, sold, or used by another person.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses before
each session.
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule appointments if the Client is
unwell or poses a health risk.

The Provider will maintain client confidentiality and provide a safe, professional environment at all times.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges:
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
The Provider is not a licensed medical physician and cannot diagnose
medical conditions.
The Client releases the Provider from all liability for injury, loss, or damage
sustained during or following a massage session, except in cases of gross
negligence.

TERMINATION
Me Time Massage reserves the right to terminate this agreement and subscription at any time due to inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations, or breach of this contract. In such cases, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.
